One of Shelby’s biggest concerns was risk. After years of working overtime and feeling stuck, the last thing she needed was to pour money into ads without knowing if they would work. So we didn’t blow up her ad budget. Instead, we focused on:
- Starting lean
- Spending intentionally
- Making sure demand was efficient before increasing anything
- Building confidence through consistency, not volume
Growth didn’t come from a massive ad spend. It came from using ads correctly- as a support system, not a gamble. That approach allowed Shelby to see progress without adding financial pressure, which mattered just as much as the results themselves.
