Nurse Injector Marketing Agency, Toronto
Marketing built for nurse injectors in Toronto, not generic local businesses
You have the skill and the clients. What you may not have yet is a predictable system that fills your calendar without you hand-cranking every lead. That is what we build.
The Kay Media is a Toronto marketing agency that works only with nurse injectors, med spas and aesthetic clinics. We build your offer, run your Meta ads, make your content and set up the follow-up that turns enquiries into booked appointments, for injectors in Toronto, the GTA and across Canada. Our founder, Vanessa Kay, works with every client herself.
A short application comes first. If your practice looks like a fit, we book a call.
Written by Vanessa Kay, founder of The Kay Media. Seven years running digital marketing for Fortune 500 brands, then 25+ injectors and clinics scaled across Toronto and Canada, with a best client month north of $200k.
Solo injectors are the practices we work with most. What follows is the system we actually run for them in Toronto, not a list of tactics we have read about.
Clients include Bhav (Bolton), Grace (Dermalyn Skin Clinic, Whitby), Chiara (The Beauty Standard, Etobicoke) and Shelby (Bare Beauty Clinic).
Most marketing agencies treat a nurse injector like they would a plumber or a restaurant: run some ads, chase some clicks, send an invoice. It rarely works, because your buyers do not decide the way a plumber’s customer decides. They research, they compare, and above all they book on trust. Marketing that ignores that spends your money and brings you the wrong clients, or no clients at all.
We do this differently because aesthetics marketing is all we do. We understand the economics of chair time, the trust dynamics of asking someone to sit in your chair, and the exact reasons an injector’s growth stalls. That is why nurse injectors in Toronto and across Canada work with us instead of a generalist agency.
Who this is for
This is built for the nurse injector who is past the beginning and ready for stability and scale:
- You are injecting on a commission split or renting a room, and you are ready to own more of your own demand.
- Your months swing between fully booked and worryingly quiet, and you want that flattened into predictable growth.
- You are carrying the business on referrals and organic posting alone, with no real acquisition system underneath it.
- You have been burned by an agency whose creative did not fit aesthetics and whose strategy did not understand injectors.
If you are further along, we also run a clinic growth program for established practices and a marketing program for injector training and certification. If you are earlier, start with our solo nurse injector path. Running a clinic with a team in the city? See aesthetic clinic marketing in Toronto.
Why generic marketing fails injectors
Grace came to us running under 10,000 dollars a month with loyal clients but fragile, unpredictable revenue. She had worked with marketing agencies before, and the experience left her skeptical: the creative did not feel aligned with her brand, the messaging did not reflect aesthetics, and the strategy clearly lacked any understanding of the injector space. Her business was not failing. It simply had no structured acquisition system underneath the organic posting and referrals. That is the gap we close.
What a nurse injector marketing partnership includes
Four pieces do most of the work. Everything else supports them.
- Your offer. Before any money goes into ads, we work out what a new client books first and what it costs her to say yes. A clear intro offer that leads to a second and third visit is what lets a small ad budget pay for itself.
- Meta ads judged on booked consults. Facebook and Instagram campaigns built around that offer and aimed at people who can realistically reach your chair. We judge them by the consults they book. For Bhav, revenue booked from her ads grew from about $4K a month to around $20K.
- Content that builds trust. Posts, short videos and pages that show who you are and how you work, so a nervous first-timer feels she knows you before she books. The ads bring people in. The content is what makes them comfortable enough to book.
- Follow-up that books the appointment. Fast replies to new enquiries, reminders, and messages that bring back the people who were interested but not ready. The same follow-up brings past clients back for their next appointment.
Supporting work sits underneath those four:
- Google Business Profile and reviews, so you show up on the Toronto map and people can read what past clients said.
- Search and AI visibility, so your name comes up when someone searches for an injector or asks an AI assistant like ChatGPT.
- Booking pages and a referral system, so visitors turn into consults and happy clients send their friends.
Everything is measured in accounts you own, so you always see what was spent and what it booked. For the full playbook, read our complete guide to med spa and aesthetic marketing.
Why solo injectors hand this to us
Going out on your own is the point where marketing stops being optional. On a commission split someone else filled your book. On your own, a quiet fortnight is rent, product and your own confidence, all at once.
That is why we do not start with ads. When you are solo, wasted spend comes out of your income this month, not a marketing budget. We work out what you are selling and what it costs a client to say yes first, because a good offer is what makes a small budget viable at all.
Then ads go behind it, judged on booked consults. Then content and follow-up do the slow work of turning the people who were not ready into next month’s calendar. Bhav went through exactly this and left her commission split within three months.
Founder-led and by application. You work with Vanessa, not a junior, which matters more when it is your own name on the door.
Real injectors, real growth
These are clients we have worked with, and the business results they built. Not procedures, not before-and-afters: businesses.
Bhav
From a commission split and hospital shifts to her own clinic space in downtown Bolton within three months of starting ads. Revenue booked from her ads grew from about $4K a month in May 2025 to around $20K in July 2026.
Grace
Under $10K a month before we started, with loyal clients and unpredictable revenue. Her monthly revenue went from about $5.1K in January 2025 to $42,672 in August 2026 (8.3×). The chart below shows one stretch of that: October 2025 to June 2026, when it nearly doubled.
Shelby
She was renting a room inside a skin clinic in Fort Erie. Four months after we started working together, she signed the lease for her own space, Bare Beauty Clinic.
Chiara
From unpredictable months to four months in a row above $80K (May to August 2026) at The Beauty Standard, including the clinic’s first six-figure month.
Chiara
The Beauty Standard · Ontario
4 months in a row above $80Kand her first six-figure month, in July 2026
Grace
Dermalyn Skin Clinic · Whitby
Nearly 2× monthly revenuein eight months, October 2025 to June 2026
Actual clinic revenue over time. Results vary based on factors including conversion, retention, capacity and operations.
Why Toronto injectors work with The Kay Media
We are Toronto-based and we work only with aesthetics businesses. That means less time explaining your business to an account manager and more time growing it. We start where you can win fastest, your own Toronto and GTA market, and expand your reach as your authority compounds. Led by Vanessa Kay, The Kay Media works only in the aesthetics and injector space, so the strategy, the creative, and the systems are built for how injectors actually grow.
Nurse injector marketing across Canada
Toronto is home base, but most of the work happens online, so we work with nurse injectors anywhere in Canada and in the US. Calls run on video. Ads, content and follow-up are built and managed remotely, and you see the results in your own ad and booking accounts.
What changes from one city to the next is the market. A downtown injector competes with clinics a few streets away and needs a sharper offer to stand out. An injector in a smaller town has fewer competitors and fewer people searching, so the work leans toward catching the demand that already exists and bringing clients back. We set the offer, the ad radius and the budget for your market.
The rules change too, because your nursing college decides what you can say in an ad. In Ontario that is the College of Nurses of Ontario: read our guide to the CNO advertising rules for aesthetic nurses. In British Columbia it is BCCNM: see BCCNM advertising rules. We keep your campaigns inside those lines.

Common questions
Do you only work with nurse injectors in Toronto? No. Toronto and the GTA are home base, and we work with nurse injectors across Canada and in the US. Local is simply where most injectors see results fastest.
Who is this for? Nurse injectors who already inject with confidence and have clients, and now want steady bookings they control. Most are on a commission split, renting a room, or have just opened their own space. If you still need clinical mentoring, get that first. Our solo nurse injector path covers the earliest steps.
Do I need to be a clinic owner already? No. We work with solo nurse injectors on a commission split or in a rented room, all the way through to established clinic owners.
How much does nurse injector marketing cost? We quote after a call, once we know your practice. The price depends on how much of the work we take on (offer, Meta ads, content, follow-up), how many providers and locations you have, and the ad budget you plan to spend. Our budget guide puts the usual range for total marketing spend at 5% to 15% of revenue. If you want a plan before committing, the TKM Strategy Session is one hour with Vanessa for $250, credited to your first month if you join within 30 days.
How do we start? You fill out a short application. If your practice looks like a fit, we book a call to go through your numbers, your offer and your market. We fix the offer first, then the ads, content and follow-up go live behind it.
Will you market specific treatments or procedures? No. We market you and your business: your authority, your positioning, and your booking systems. That is what builds a practice that lasts.

She works with every client directly rather than handing the account to a junior, which is why the agency takes new practices by application only. More about Vanessa
