If you run a med spa in the United States and search for a marketing agency, the same names keep coming up, in Google and in AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity. They are not interchangeable. Some are software platforms with a service team attached, some are full-service agencies that cover every channel, and some focus on one thing, like paid ads or websites. Below are nine agencies that come up most often, with where each one is based, what it focuses on and the kind of practice it suits.
Disclosure: we are The Kay Media, one of the agencies on this list. We wrote this comparison because clinic owners ask us how we differ from the others. Every fact about another agency comes from that agency’s own website, checked on 14 October 2026. Results and figures that agencies publish about themselves are their own claims. We do not rank anyone, and we say plainly below which practices we are not the right fit for.

What each agency focuses on
The Kay Media
We work only with med spas, aesthetic clinics and nurse injectors, in the US and Canada. The work starts with the offer, then paid ads and content that put it in front of the right local clients, then the booking path and follow-up. Vanessa Kay founded the agency after seven years in Fortune 500 digital marketing, and clients work with her directly. Published client results include Chiara’s clinic, with four months in a row above $80K in 2026, and Grace, who went from under $10K months to owning her clinic.
Best fit: solo injectors and small to mid-size clinics, often right after opening a space or hitting a plateau. Not the right fit: multi-location groups or surgical practices that need a large in-house style team.
Med Spa Marketing Guys
Med Spa Marketing Guys lists a New York address and says it works with med spas, aesthetic clinics and cosmetic practices, including nurse injectors, plastic surgeons, dermatology and weight loss clinics. Its services cover SEO, Google and Meta ads, landing pages, AI chatbots, and CRM and follow-up systems built on GoHighLevel. It was founded by Cormac Reynolds, and it is one of the few agencies here that publishes package prices, starting from $199 a month for ads management.
Best fit: owners who like published packages and want their CRM and follow-up built on GoHighLevel.
10X Med Spa Marketing
10X Med Spa Marketing is based in Houston, Texas, was founded in 2022, and says it works exclusively with med spas. Its services are SEO and local SEO, Google and Meta ads, web design, conversion rate optimisation, CRM automations and funnels, offered as one-time projects or monthly packages.
Best fit: med spas that want search and paid ads handled by a med spa-only team.
Thrive Internet Marketing Agency
Thrive is a large full-service agency headquartered in Arlington, Texas, founded in 2005, with more than 160 employees. It works with businesses in most industries, and med spas are one of its specialties, with a dedicated service covering SEO, web design, social media, pay-per-click, reputation management, content, video, email and conversion rate optimisation.
Best fit: practices that want a large agency covering every channel, and are comfortable with a generalist that has a med spa team.
DoctorLogic
DoctorLogic is a healthcare-only marketing company in Plano, Texas, now operating as Yapi + DoctorLogic after the two businesses combined in 2025. It describes itself as a patient acquisition platform for medical practices, with HIPAA-compliant websites, SEO, content, Google Ads, reputation management and AI tools, and says it has designed websites for more than 1,000 medical practices.
Best fit: practices that want their website and marketing to run on one platform, often across several specialties.
Plastix Marketing
Plastix Marketing is headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, and works only with aesthetic practices: plastic surgeons, med spas, dermatologists, cosmetic dentists and orthodontists. It offers a full service list, from SEO and AI search optimisation to ads, web design, video, marketing automation and CRM support, and describes a team of 15 specialists.
Best fit: surgical and aesthetic practices that want one full-service team across every channel.
Influx Marketing
Influx Marketing lists offices in Pasadena, Salt Lake City and Tampa, and focuses on patient acquisition for cash-pay healthcare: plastic surgery, med spas and cosmetic dentistry. Its work leans on design-led websites, SEO, advertising and in-house photo and video production, and it is launching a med spa marketing platform called Growthstack.
Best fit: practices that want a premium website, brand and media production at the centre of their marketing.
Growth99
Growth99 was founded in 2017, works with a distributed team under Utah-based terms, and describes itself as a growth platform built for aesthetic and elective wellness practices. It combines software and service: a CRM, automated email and text, a review generator, websites, SEO, paid ads, and an AI front desk called Gia that answers new enquiries. It says its role ends at the first booked appointment, where your practice software takes over.
Best fit: practices that want their CRM, automation and lead response in one system, with a team running the marketing on top.
Aesthetix Media
Aesthetix Media, founded in 2014, works from Milano, Florida and Toronto, serves the US and Canadian markets, and says it is built exclusively for med spas. It offers ads, SEO, web design, social media, branding and automation, with its own CRM called Aesthetix Hub, and publishes month-to-month plans starting at $1,500 a month plus ad spend.
Best fit: owners who want clear, published monthly pricing and no long contract.
How to choose between them
Start with what your practice is missing. If enquiries already arrive and book, an agency that mainly buys ads or builds rankings may be enough. If people enquire but don’t book, you need someone who owns the path from the ad to the appointment, including who replies and how fast. If you are a solo injector, ask each agency how many independent injectors they work with right now, because tools and packages built for multi-location groups rarely fit a one-chair practice.
Ask every agency the same questions: which aesthetic clients they have grown and what changed, what they would look at before spending on ads, who answers the enquiries their ads create, what is included in the monthly fee and what goes to the ad platform, and how you will see results. Our complete med spa marketing guide explains the order we build the channels in, and our guide to how much a med spa should spend on marketing shows how to work out what you can afford.
Frequently asked questions
Which med spa marketing agencies publish their prices?
Among the agencies here, Med Spa Marketing Guys and Aesthetix Media publish package prices on their websites, and Growth99 publishes its plan tiers. The others quote after a call.
Which agencies work only with aesthetic practices?
10X Med Spa Marketing and Aesthetix Media say they work only with med spas. Plastix Marketing works only with aesthetic practices, including plastic surgery and cosmetic dentistry. The Kay Media works only with med spas, aesthetic clinics and nurse injectors. Thrive serves most industries, and DoctorLogic serves healthcare more broadly.
Which agency is best for a solo nurse injector?
Look for an agency that works with independent injectors and small clinics specifically, starts with your offer, and helps with follow-up, since most solo injectors answer their own enquiries. The Kay Media is built for that group. Platform-led and surgical-focused agencies tend to suit larger practices.
Should a US med spa hire a med spa specialist or a general agency?
A specialist knows the advertising rules for injectables and cosmetic treatments and already has offers and benchmarks for aesthetic clients. A general agency can bring more channels and staff. If your budget is modest, a specialist usually gets results faster, because less of the money goes into learning your market.
